Never Again..

And never again will I resort to slumber, when I hear your next call.
Haya 3ala Salah, jump out of bed, stumble and fall
Get up again and stand up tall

Make wudu, get my rug, and start to pray
Ask Allah to forgive all the sins I did that day

But many of us we get on our knees only in times of need
When our loved ones are about to die or when we’re faced with calamity
But what about when we got food to eat happy with our family

Sometimes I think happiness is an enemy
Because in those times its Allah we fail to seek and praise
For the blessings we receive, as we stuff our face

But I know that I’m gone try to not be a sinner
Deep inside me there’s a battle between my pure spirit and human nature
